Returns

Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. Please be aware it's possible your order will be unable to fill after you place the order.

Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If you don't receive the product within the 30 days period, we are not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.

You can only return an item when it's unopened and still in the same state as when you received it. You must have the item in the original packaging.
